God and Nature are our ultimate commanders at St. Rose and we are at their mercy. We have never had a problem filling orders in the past, but if there ever were to arise a situation that prevented us from fulfilling order we would issue you a full refund. We are a family business so a family sickness, weather event, or even an invasive pest could impact flower availability and deliveries. None of our products are for ingestion.
Return and Refund Policy
We expect our flowers to last around 10 days if you follow our care instructions. If you ever have a problem with your flower buckets or service, please contact St. Rose directly and we will do what we can to ensure customer satisfaction. We do not issue refunds for flowers that die, as that is the nature of a flower.
